Windows 7

This is the successor to Windows Vista. This was previously known under the code name "Blackcomb" and "Vienna" but was changed in late 2008 to "Windows 7". Initially Blackcomb was announced back in 2001 as a follow on to Vista. Considerable work is being done to make it work faster, improve security and privacy over prior Windows versions.
